Terms and Conditions Roofhelp.com, and all accompanying pages, are known in this document as "site". "You" indicates the person, persons, or company/entity that wants to be listed on the site.

Your link/listing will be added to the specified pages within two business days of receipt of payment. Roofhelp reserves the right to add your link/listing before payment is received. The one year time period (or 13 month if paying with PayPal) starts at 12:00 AM the business day after your link/listing is added. If payment is not received within 30 days of invoice date, your link/listing will be removed.

You must be a manufacturer of the product whose page you want to be listed on. For example, if you are a manufacturer of spray foam products, you cannot be listed on the EPDM page.

Roofhelp is not responsible for site downtime that is beyond our control such as severe weather conditions including, but not limited to: earthquakes, floods, tornadoes, strong wind, hail, tsunamis (in Fort Worth?), hurricanes, lightning storms, etc. Nor is Roofhelp responsible for site downtime resulting from damages not incurred by Roofhelp to data transimission lines and cables, or damage to the site host's equipment.

Any downtime resulting from negligence on the part of Roofhelp or its employees will be refunded by adding the amount of time, in days, to the end of the contract period.
