Thousands of people visit RoofHelp.com every month seeking answers to their roof questions or requesting a list of contractors. To date, RoofHelp.com had sent the names of OVER 10,000 CONTRACTORS to homeowners and business owners to contact about their roofing projects. In our continuing effort to better assist people and provide better service, RoofHelp.com is currently in the process of building a database of quality-minded roofing contractors. We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to become listed. It's simple, inexpensive, and beneficial.

There are two options to consider - a Basic listing and a Verified listing.

Basic Listing - $49.95 for 12 months. The basic listing will have the company name, address, phone number, and types of roofing-related trades that the company performs such as roofing work, gutter work, sheet metal work, etc. For an example of a basic listing, click here.

Verified Listing - $199.95 for 12 months. The information a Verified Listing provides is much more extensive. RoofHelp.com will perform a background check on the company to verify credit history and work history. Also, should your company qualify, you will be invited to bid on roofing projects that are managed by Memco, Inc., a national roofing management firm with clients in 42 states. Terms & Conditions - Upon receipt of payment in full and if your company qualifies, RoofHelp.com will post your company's information in the format as found in the example located at http://www.roofhelp.com/Contractors/postexampleb.htm or in the example located at http://www.roofhelp.com/Contractors/state/tx_verified_anchor.htm, depending on which option has been paid for, for a period of twelve consecutive months. The starting date for the 12 month period shall be 12:00 AM of the day AFTER the company is posted on the site. The ending date shall be 11:59:59 PM, twelve months from the starting date. Should RoofHelp experience any technical difficulties that are in the direct control of RoofHelp.com or its staff such as server problems, the time period for which you have paid shall be extended to cover any downtime the website known as RoofHelp.com experiences resulting from these difficulties. Downtime shall not be refunded for instances beyond RoofHelp.com's control such as power blackouts, power surges, fire, telecommunications line failure, acts of war, riot, government interference, strikes and/or walkouts, computer viruses, damaging weather phenomena such as tornadoes, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc. , or any other occurrence beyond the control of RoofHelp.com or its staff. All information submitted is kept strictly confidential. Should contractors wish to have less information displayed than what is shown on the example pages, simply email RoofHelp.com at ejs@roofhelp.com, and only the information you wish to be shown will be visible on the RoofHelp.com website. If no email is received requesting less information, the RoofHelp.com website will portray contractor information as shown in the example pages. If any submitted information is found to be false, RoofHelp.com reserves the right to remove the contractor from the listing and no money will be refunded. However, we will call first to verify that a mistake wasn't made.
SATELLITE OFFICES - Satellite office locations must each be submitted separately for billing. However, a Verified listing is only necessary for the main office. Satellite offices will be given a Verified listing for the Basic listing price.
MULTIPLE OFFICES - If a company has multiple office locations and these offices operate as separate entities  - such as XYZ Roofing of Montgomery, Inc. and XYZ Roofing of Birmingham, Inc. - and the company desires a Verified listing for each office, each office will be responsible for the full payment of the Verified listing.

1. Be licensed in their state of business if the state requires it.
2. Have both liability and workers' compensation insurance and submit proof of liability insurance with their payment.
3. Have a clear credit history and good work record.

Verified Listing Requirements
Contractors wanting a Verified Listing must:

1. Have been in business under the same name for at least five years. See Exceptions to this below.
2. Be licensed in their state of business if the state requires it.
3. Have both liability and workers' compensation insurance and submit proof of such with their payment.
4. Have a clear credit history and allow RoofHelp.com to do a background check.
5. Submit a list of at least 10 references for RoofHelp.com to call.See Exceptions below.
6. Have an email address OR fax machine so they may be notified of job opportunities.

Exceptions - If an established company complying with the Verified Listing Requirements stated above, sets up a new company in a new location, then the new company will be permitted a Verified Listing provided the primary officers, owners, or shareholders of the new company are the same as those of the established company. For example, company XYZ Roofing East, Inc. starts a new company called XYZ Roofing West, Inc., and XYZ Roofing West, Inc. is owned by the same individuals who own XYZ Roofing East, Inc., then XYZ Roofing West, Inc. shall be permitted a Verified Listing provided items 2, 3, 4,5, and 7 of the above Verified Listing Requirements are met.
