Roof Asset Management
Page 1, 2, 3, 4

Another important part of Roof Asset Management is roof repairs. A good Roof Asset Management company should be able to perform, at minimum, emergency leak repairs. Many roof consulting companies consider this a conflict of interest. I don't. It's a disservice to an owner to go out and investigate a leak, find it, then tell the owner they need to call a contractor to come and take care of it and oh, by the way, here's my invoice. Roof Asset Management companies should have people working for them who can effect repairs right then and there.

Keep in mind that roof leak repairs may require more work than can be done by one person. However in most cases I've found an extra hour or two spent performing repairs while on an inspection can save an owner hundreds of dollars.

Just remember that Roof Asset Management companies are supposed to save owners money and headaches. This means keeping roofs out of landfills for as long as possible. So if you're interested in learning more about Roof Asset Management, please feel free to send an email to the address below with your contact information, and I'll be glad to get in touch with you to answer any questions you might have about it.
